What is the source of your phone numbers?

We exclusively provide non-VoIP phone numbers from major US carriers and their affiliates. Each number is associated with a physical SIM card, ensuring compatibility with services that reject virtual numbers. Our numbers work with all major platforms including Google Voice, Tinder, Ticketmaster, Telegram, WhatsApp, Venmo, and more.

How frequently are numbers restocked?

Our inventory is continuously replenished throughout the day. If a particular service is temporarily unavailable, we recommend checking back regularly as we maintain constant restocking operations to ensure optimal service availability.

What services can I verify with your numbers?

Our numbers support verification for virtually any online service, including major platforms like Amazon, Ticketmaster, and PayPal. They're ideal for account registration, privacy protection, and managing one-time-codes (OTP). Additionally, our custom service option allows you to receive SMS codes from services not explicitly listed.

Do you offer API access?

Yes, we provide a comprehensive API for automation needs. Our API enables programmatic management of your Verifyline account, automated verifications, rental operations, and more. Detailed API documentation is available in our developer portal.

Can international users utilize your service?

Absolutely! While our numbers are US-based, our service is accessible globally. Users from countries including India, UK, Canada, Germany, Nigeria, Ghana, Bangladesh, South Africa, Netherlands, and many others can receive messages through our platform. This is particularly valuable for services requiring US numbers for account creation.

What is the duration of temporary number availability?

Verification numbers are designed for short-term use, typically available for 5-15 minutes depending on the service. For extended usage, we offer long-term phone number rentals that can be maintained from one day to an unlimited duration.

How does the verification window work?

After number assignment, you have a designated window (5-15 minutes, service-dependent) to complete your verification. Credits are only deducted upon successful receipt of a verification code. All codes can be accessed in your Verification History.

Can I reuse a number?

Numbers can be reused within 2 minutes of the initial verification code receipt. Additionally, numbers can be reactivated if still available in our system via the 'Reactivate' option in your Verification History. Each subsequent verification incurs standard charges.

What if a service doesn't accept the provided number?

Service rejection often stems from their security measures detecting proxy usage or multiple account creation attempts. We recommend ensuring proper digital identity protection through high-quality proxies, appropriate geolocation settings, and browser sanitization between sessions.

Do rental numbers support voice calls?

Currently, our primary voice capabilities are offered through one-time voice verifications. Select rental services include voice verification features, which are clearly indicated in the service description.

How can I verify multiple services with one number?

We offer two options: An 'Unlimited Services' 30-day rental that supports all services, or a non-renewable number where you can select multiple desired services. During checkout, enable the 'All On Same Line' option to associate all selected services with a single number.

What's the difference between Manual and Automatic message checking?

Manual Check numbers require a 2-minute 'Wake Up' period before receiving messages, offering a more cost-effective solution. Automatic Check numbers are always active and receive messages instantly, though at a premium price point. Choose based on your specific needs and budget considerations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Cryptocurrency support is coming soon, which will include Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, and other major cryptocurrencies.

How does the credit system work?

Credits are our platform's currency for purchasing verifications, rentals, and line renewals. They can be acquired using credit cards, with cryptocurrency support launching soon. Credits provide a seamless way to manage your verification needs.

What is your refund policy?

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment. Each request is evaluated individually, and refunds are processed to the original payment method. For unsuccessful verifications, please contact our support team with detailed information and screenshots for immediate assistance.
